Artist Geum Keysook used beads of three colors. She mainly used sky blue beads resembling the indigo sky of Korea and used transparent (lucid) beads to suggest white clouds on the neck. On the armpits, she made a slight change with iridescent blue beads.

She intentionally expressed the outerwear and inner chest tie (Goreum) with wires to give some pop to the work that would otherwise look flat.
